Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the UEChain platform (the "Service"). By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. The Service is provided by DataBrushing.AI (解智能資料梳理股份有限公司, hereinafter "we," "us," or "the Company").
1. Service Description
UEChain is a blockchain-based data preservation and verification platform offering the following core capabilities:
- Data hash computation and on-chain preservation
- Digital signatures (ECDSA P-256 and ML-DSA post-quantum)
- Standardized evidence model creation: SBOM, CBOM, ML-BOM, BIO-BOM
- Preservation record queries and integrity verification
- API integration for organizational workflows
2. Accounts and Eligibility
Using the Service requires:
- Registering with a valid email address
- Completing email verification
- Agreeing to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy
You are fully responsible for the security of your account, including password protection and all actions taken under your account. If you detect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:
- Violating any applicable law or regulation
- Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party
- Preserving false, forged, or unlawful data
- Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security mechanisms
- Automated bulk operations without prior written authorization
- Reverse engineering or attempting to obtain the Service's source code
4. Usage Quotas
Preservation operations are counted against your plan quota:
- Individual: 5 preservation operations per month
- Organization: 50 preservation operations per month (after completing organization verification)
- API Integration: quota agreed upon in contract
Verification operations are unlimited and do not count against any quota. Monthly quotas do not roll over.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, technical documentation, and software of the Service — including but not limited to the UEChain brand, S.A.F.E.-AI architecture documentation, and API specifications — are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The copyright in the original data corresponding to preservation records (hash values, signatures, etc.) remains with the original rights holder.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or upgrades without prior notice.
Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We will restore service as promptly as reasonably practicable in the event of an unexpected outage.
7. Disclaimer
Important Notice
UEChain verification confirms only that "the data has not been altered since preservation" and the "authenticity of the preservation record." It does not guarantee or represent the accuracy, legality, or regulatory compliance of the preserved data's content. Users are responsible for independently assessing the suitability of preserved data for their specific purposes.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
